Management Board of Apator SA announces that on 27th February 2017 Piotr Dobrowolski resigned from position of Member of Management Board of Apator SA for no reasons.

Further to the above since 28th February 2017 Management Board of Apator SA will be operating in the following three person makeup:
- Andrzej Szostak – Chief Executive Officer
- Piotr Nowak – Member of Management Board
- Agnieszka Nosal – Member of Management Board

Legal basis: § 5 para 1 point 21 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
