The Management Board of Apator SA ("the Issuer") announces that acting in the range of authorization granted by the Resolution no 23/VI/2021 of Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA dated on 29th June 2021, the Issuer on 2-11 March 2022 during trading sessions on the main market of WSE acquired:

• on 2nd March 2022, 102 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 PLN each, at the average unit price 18.95 PLN per 1 share, in transactions accounting in total for 0,0003% share in share capital and 0,0002% votes at General Meeting,
• on 3rd March 2022, 2,400 own shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, at the average unit price of PLN 18.85 per share, in transactions accounting in total for 0.0073% of the share capital and 0.0044% of votes at the General Meeting,
• - on 4th March, 2,400 own shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, at the average unit price of PLN 18.88 per share, in transactions accounting in total for 0.0073% of the share capital and 0.0044% of votes at the General Meeting,
• on 7th March 2022, 2,200 own shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, at the average unit price of PLN 18.65 per share, in transactions accounting in total for 0.0067% of the share capital and 0.0040% of votes at the General Meeting,
• on 9th March, 2,400 own shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, at the average unit price of PLN 18.80 per share, in transactions accounting in total for 0.0073% of the share capital and 0.0044% of votes at the General Meeting,
• on 10th March, 2,400 own shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, at the average unit price of PLN 18.80 per share, in transactions accounting in total for 0.0073% of the share capital and 0.0044% of votes at the General Meeting.

The Issuer had no transactions on 8th and 11 th March 2022.

The transactions were executed through the agency of Erste Securities Polska SA.

As a result of the above transactions, the Issuer acquired 11,800 own shares, representing 0.0360% of the share capital and entitling to 11,800 votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders, which represents 0.0215% of the total number of votes.

In total, since the start of the buy-back of the Company's own shares, the Issuer has purchased 69,134 own shares representing 0.2109% of the share capital and carrying 69,134 votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders, which constitutes 0.1262% of the total number of votes.

The Issuer encloses a list of details of the transactions of purchase of own shares carried out from 2 to 11 March 2022.
