The Managing Board of Apator S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that, acting within the authorisation granted thereto pursuant to resolution No. 22/V/2018 of the Ordinary General  Assembly of Apator S.A. of 28th May 2018, in the period between 4th  and 12th April 2019, during the trading sessions on basic market of Stock Exchange the Issuer purchased:

- on 4th April 2019, 900 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 26.00 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0027% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0016% votes at General Assembly,

- on 5th April 2019, 430 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 25.99 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0013% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0008% votes at General Assembly,

- on 8th April 2019, 670 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 26.00 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0048% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0029% votes at General Assembly,

- on 11th April 2019, 1200 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 26.20 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0036% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0022% votes at General Assembly,

- on 12th April 2019, 600 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 26.51 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0018% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0011% votes at General Assembly.

On the 9th and 10th April 2019 Issuer did not make any transactions.

The transactions were carried out through the intermediary of Erste Securities Polska SA.

As the result of the conclusion of the above described transactions, the Issuer has 3800 own shares, making up in total 0.0115% of the initial capital and giving the right to 3800 votes at the General Assembly of the Company, which makes up 0.0069% of the total number of votes.

In total, since the start of buy-back of own shares, the Issuer purchased 242,300 own shares giving 242,300 votes at the General Assembly of the Company, representing in total 0.7319% of the share capital and 0.4396% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.

In the attachment the Company submits the list of detailed data with reference to the transactions of the purchase of own shares carried out between 21th  and 29th March 2019.
