Purchase of own shares
The Managing Board of Apator S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that, acting within the authorisation granted thereto pursuant to resolution No. 19/V/2019 of the Ordinary General Assembly of Apator S.A. of 27th May 2019, in the period between 24th September 2019 – 2nd October 2019, during the trading sessions on basic market of Stock Exchange the Issuer purchased:
- on 24th September 2019, 200 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 22.80 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0006% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0004% votes at General Assembly,
- on 25th September 2019, 700 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 22.64 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0021% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0013% votes at General Assembly,
- on 26th September 2019, 750 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 22.27 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0023% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0014% votes at General Assembly.
On the 27 and 30th August 2019 and 1, 2 October 2019 Issuer did not make any transactions.
The transactions were carried out through the intermediary of Erste Securities Polska SA.
As the result of the conclusion of the above described transactions, the Issuer has 1650 own shares, making up in total 0.0050% of the initial capital and giving the right to 1650 votes at the General Assembly of the Company, which makes up 0.0030% of the total number of votes.
In total, since the start of buy-back of own shares, the Issuer purchased 31895 own shares giving 31895 votes at the General Assembly of the Company, representing in total 0.0963% of the share capital and 0.0579% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
In the attachment the Company submits the list of detailed data with reference to the transactions of the purchase of own shares carried out between 24th September 2019 – 2nd October 2019.
