The Executive Board of Apator SA ("the Issuer") announces that acting in the range of authorization granted by the Resolution no 31/VII/2020 of Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA dated 2nd July 2020, the Issuer acquired on 19th-30th November 2020 during trading sessions on the main market of WSE the following:

• on 19th November 2020 1000 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 PLN each, at the average unit price 20.70 PLN per 1 share, in transactions accounting in total for 0.0030% share in share capital and 0.0018% votes at General Shareholders Meeting,
• on the 25th November 900 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 PLN each, at the average unit price 22.30 PLN per 1 share, in transactions accounting in total for 0.0027% share in share capital and 0.0016% votes at General Shareholders Meeting.

The Issuer had no transactions on 20,23,24,26,27 and 30 November 2020.

The transactions were executed through Erste Securities Polska SA.

As a result of the above transactions, the Issuer acquired 1.900 own shares, representing 0.0058% of the share capital and entitling to 1.900 votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders, representing 0.0035% of the total number of votes.

In total, since the start of the buy-back program of the Company's own shares, the Issuer purchased 11,700 own shares representing 0.0356% of the share capital and carrying 11,700 votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders, which constitutes 0.0213% of the total number of votes.
