The Managing Board of Apator S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that, acting within the authorisation granted there to pursuant to resolution No. 23/VI/2021 of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator S.A. of 29th June 2021, in the period between 9th - 20th December 2021, during the trading sessions on basic market of Stock Exchange the Issuer purchased:

- on 9th December 2021, 2600 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 19.40 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0079% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0047% votes at General Meeting,

• on 10th Demeber 2021, 2500 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 19.30 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0076% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0046% votes at General Meeting,
• on 17th December 2021, 2700 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 18.80 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0082% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0049% votes at General Meeting.

On the 13th-16th December 2021 and 20th December 2021 Issuer did not make any transactions.

The transactions were carried out through the intermediary of Erste Securities Polska SA.

As the result of the conclusion of the above described transactions, the Issuer has 7800 own shares, making up in total 0.0238% of the initial capital and giving the right to 7800 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which makes up 0.0142% of the total number of votes.

In total, since the start of buy-back of own shares, the Issuer purchased 15600 own shares, making up in total 0.0476% of the initial capital and giving the right to 15600 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which makes up 0.0285% of the total number of votes.
