The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on the 9th March 2011 Apator SA purchased the property of the area of 5,1 ha for the net price of 3.142.000 PLN from Pomorska Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Sopot (PSSE).The property is located on the area of PSSE in Ostaszewo, Łysomice commune.The contract includes the wording that PSSE Sp. z o.o. has undertaken to place an offer to perform the right of repurchase the above property in case when it is impossible by Apator SA to sell the right for perpetual use of land together with the right of ownership of buildings and constructions located in Toruń (current headquarters) – it has the right of repurchase the above property in case when till the day of the commencement of the subject activity by Apator SA will not pass more than 5 years. Apator SA was granted the permission to run business activity on PSSE area on the 28th December 2010.
