The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that the Member of Supervisory Board of Apator SA purchased 1.000 bearer shares of Apator SA at average price of 23,92 PLN per share on the 25th June 2012.
The Member of Supervisory Board of Apator SA did not give his consent to publish his personal data (legal base: § 3 para. 2 of the Resolution of Finance Minister on transfer and making access information on some transactions of financial instruments transactions (...) dated 15.11.2005).
