Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 25th July 2012 a member of Supervisory Board of Apator SA acquired in total 1.000 bearer shares of Apator SA:

- 800 shares at average price 27,30 PLN per share,

- 200 shares at average price 27,05 PLN per share.

The member of Supervisory Board of Apator SA did not agree to publish its personal data.(legal base: § 3 para. 2 Resolution of Finance Minister on transfer and making available the information on some transactions of financial instruments (...) dated 15.11.2005).
