The Supervisory Board of Apator SA announces that on 21st May 2013 the member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA purchased in total 1.500 bearer shares of Apator SA at average price 28,74 PLN, including:

- 600 shares at 28,66 PLN per share,
- 65 shares at 28,67 PLN per share,
- 88 shares at 28,69 PLN per share,
- 110 shares at 28,78 PLN per share,
- 500 shares at 28,80 PLN per share,
- 137 shares at 28,85 PLN per share.

The Company received the notification from the Member of the Supervisory Board who did not agree to make public its personal data. It was based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding the transfer of information and making it available on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making the list of persons having got the access to determined confidential information dated the 15th November 2005.
