On 30th September 2013 the Executive Board of Apator SA received from the member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA the information about the purchase of 143 bearer shares of Apator SA. The shares were purchased on 26th September 2013 at the price of 35,61 PLN per per share.

The Company received notification from the Member of the Supervisory Board that it had not agreed to make public its personal data. It was based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding the transfer of information and making it available on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making the list of persons having got the access to determined confidential information dated the 15th November 2005.
