The Management Board of Apator SA announces that on 2ndDecember 2015 the Member of Supervisory Board of Apator SA purchased in total 1200 bearer shares of Apator SA, including:

- 30 shares at the price of PLN 32,20 per share
- 99 shares at the price of PLN 32,27 per share
- 1071 shares at the price of PLN 32,29 per share

The Company received the notification from the Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA that he had not agreed to make public its personal data. It was based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding the transfer of information and making it available on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making the list of persons having got the access to determined confidential information dated15thNovember 2005.
