The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 3th  October  the Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA purchased in total 500 bearer shares of Apator SA, including:

-   188 shares at the price PLN 38, 38 per share,

-   233 shares at the price PLN 38, 30 per share,

-   13 shares at the price PLN 38, 20 per share,

-   13 shares at the price PLN 38,10 per share,

-    41 shares at the price PLN 38,00 per share,

-    20 shares at the price 37,60 per share.

The Company received the notification from the Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA that he did not agree to make public its personal data. It was based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding the transfer and making available the information on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making the list of persons having got the access to determined confidential information dated the 15th November 2005.
