The Management Board announces that the offer of Apator S.A. was selected as the most advantageous for the Part no 1 and Part no 2 in the proceedings announced by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Łódź Branch in the scope of "Supplies of electricity metering equipment - static prepayment meters" in the mode of sole-source contract under the Public Procurement Law.

Apator S.A. will provide electricity meters that allow energy measurement in prepayment mode or credit mode, additionally equipped with a communication module in LTE 450 technology allowing remote meter reading.

The value of the bid for both Parts is PLN 19 million, of which the value of the base bid is PLN 12 million and the option is PLN 7 million.

Deliveries of the basic order will be made within 18 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.  

The Issuer will announce the conclusion of this contract in a separate current report.
