With reference to the report no. 53/2022, the Management Board of Apator S.A. informs that the Company concluded on November 21, 2022 with Energa-Operator SA ("EOP") the contract for the supply of 1-phase and 3-phase electricity meters with PRIME PLC communication together with substitute communication modems.

The value of the offer for Apator S.A. under the basic order is PLN 63.3 million. The ordering party may use the right of extended option, therefore the value of the offer may increase to the amount of about PLN 76 million.

Deliveries will be made within 24 months from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

Under the terms of the contract, EOP has the right to charge contractual penalties, in particular for delays in the delivery of batches of equipment or failure to timely rectify defects during the warranty period. However, the terms of the contract, including the regulation of penalties, liabilities and warranties, do not differ from the standard terms used to date in such contracts with EOP.
