The Management of Directors informs that the offer of Apator S.A. was selected as the most favourable in Part no. 1 in the tender proceedings announced by Energa Operator S.A. for the supply of electricity meters with PLC PRIME communication along with modems for substitute communication.

The terms of the tender stipulated that one contractor could be awarded the contract for only one part of the tender.

The value of the offer for Apator S.A. under the basic order is PLN 63.3 million. The ordering party may use the right of option, therefore the value of the offer may increase to the amount of about PLN 76 million.

Deliveries will be made within 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.  Participants in the tender procedure have the right to appeal against the results of the tender, in accordance with the regulations of Energa Operator SA. Conclusion of the contract is planned for after consideration of any appeals.

The Issuer will announce the conclusion of this contract in a separate current report.
