Recommendation concerning payment of dividend from profit for the financial year 2018
The Executive Board of Apator SA recommends the payment of dividend from the profit for the financial year 2018 in the amount of PLN 1.30 gross per share.
The advancement on dividend from the profit for 2018 was paid out on 21 December 2018 in the amount PLN 0.40 gross per share.
A final decision will be taken in the spring at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Apator SA to be held on 27 May 2019.
