The Executive Board of Apator SA recommends the payment of dividend from the profit for the financial year 2019 in the amount of PLN 1.30 gross per share.

The advancement on dividend from the profit for 2019 was paid out on 12 December 2019 in the amount PLN 0.45 gross per share.

Remainging part in value 0,85 gross per share will be paid after a final decision that will be taken in the spring at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Apator SA to be held on 25 May 2020.
