Referring to the current report no 22/2020 of 25 February 2020. The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that current recommendation concerning the payment of dividend from the profit for financial year 2019 is PLN 1.10 gross per share.

To the dividend from the profit in 2019 the advance payment was paid on the 12th December 2019 in amount PLN 0.45 gross per share.

The Executive Board recommends the payment of the remaining part of the dividend of PLN 0.65 gross per share on 31 August 2020.

The new recommendation is dictated by increased caution in the Executive Board's approach to assessing the future economic situation, especially taking into account the potential impact of the pandemic, which cannot be fully estimated at this stage.

At the same time, the Executive Board stresses that it wants to continue the policy of redistribution and the situation of the Company and the Apator Group does make it possible to share the earned profits with shareholders.

The Supervisory Board gave positive opinion on the recommendation presented and the final decision on payment of dividend will be made by Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA.
