The Executive Board of Apator SA, acting according to the performed since many years policy of sharing the profits with shareholders recommends the payment of the dividend from the profit for the financial year 2020 in the gross amount of 1.20 PLN per share.

An advance of PLN 0.45 gross per share was paid on 31 December 2020 towards the dividend from the profit for 2020. The Executive Board recommends payment of the remaining dividend in the amount of PLN 0.75 gross per share.

The Executive Board indicates that this recommendation can be changed, and the final proposal of the dividend amount will depend on the market situation, particularly the influence of pandemic on the activity of the Company and the Apator Group.
