The Management Board of Apator SA recommends the payment of dividend from the profit for financial year 2024 in gross amount of PLN 0,90 per share. The total value of the dividend will be PLN 29,4 mln.

An advance payment of PLN 0.30 gross per share (total of PLN 9.8 million) was paid on 12 December 2024 towards the dividend from profit for 2024.

The Management Board proposes the payment of the remaining dividend of PLN 0.60 gross per share (total of PLN 19.6 million), and :

• Determine of the right to pay the remaining part of the dividend to shareholders holding shares of Apator SA on 28 August 2025,
• Pay the remaining part of the dividend on 11th September 2025.

The Supervisory Board of Apator SA gave positive opinion to the recommendation and the final decision concerning the amount of dividend will be made by Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA planned to be held on the 25th June 2025.
