The Management Board of Apator SA recommends the payment of a dividends from profit for the financial year 2022 in the amount of 0.30 PLN gross per share. The total dividends declared is PLN 9.8 million.

The Management Board proposes to establish the right to dividends payment to shareholders holding shares of Apator SA on 1 August 2023 and to pay the dividends on 10 August 2023.

The Supervisory Board of Apator SA gave a positive opinion on the recommendation presented, and the final decision on the amount of the dividends will be made by the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA, which is scheduled for 28 June 2023.
