Further to current report no. 18/2016, the Supervisory Board of Apator SA announces that on 30th June 2016 recruitment procedure for the position of the President of Management Board of Apator SA was completed. The function of the President of Management Board for 2016-2019 will be continued by Andrzeja Szostak, nominated the President of Management Board of Apator SA on 13th June 2016. 

During recruitment, the Supervisory Board of Apator SA familiarized with the vision of works of very good selected candidates. Moreover, it requested again Andrzej Szostak to present its proposals of business activity for the Management Board of Apator SA for the period 2016-2019.  The business plan of the Management Board presented by Andrzeja Szostak was approved by the Supervisory Board of Apator SA since it ensures the performance of the strategy and further development of Apator Group.
