The Management Board of Apator SA hereby announces that on 15 September 2025, the District Court in Toruń, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered amendments to the Articles of Association of Apator SA.

The amendments to the Articles of Association were made pursuant to Resolution No. 32/VI/2025 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Apator SA of 25 June 2025. and concern changes in the scope of business activity (PKD), which results from the adaptation to the content of the new Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 18 December 2024 on the Polish Classification of Activities (PKD). The remaining registered amendments to the Articles of Association are of an organisational nature.

The Issuer hereby submits:

• the consolidated text of the Articles of Association adopted by Resolution No. 33/VI/2025 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Apator SA of 25 June 2025.
