The Management Board of Apator SA hereby announces that on November 13, 2025, the District Court in Toruń, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered amendments to the Articles of Association of Apator SA.

The amendments to the Articles of Association were made pursuant to Resolution No. 4/X/2025 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Apator SA of October 29, 2025. and concern the clarification of the scope of powers of the Company's Supervisory Board to select an auditor to certify sustainable development reporting in connection with Article 66 sec. 4 of the Accounting Act of September 29, 1994.

The Issuer hereby submits:

- the content of the new provisions of the Articles of Association,
- the consolidated text of the Articles of Association adopted by Resolution No. 5/X/2025 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Apator SA of October 29, 2025.
