The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 3rd  July 2013, District Court , Department of Economy of the National Register Court in Toruń made the registration of the amendments to the Statutes of Apator SA  and  uniform text of the Statutes.

The amendments were made based on the Resolutions nos. 17/VI/2013 and 18/VI/2013  of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA  dated 24th June 2013.

The list of amendments to the Statutes of Apator SA and also uniform text of the Statutes (Resolution no. 19/VI/2013 of Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA) were made public in current report no. 27/2013 dated 25th June 2013.

Legal base: Legal base for the report: § 38 article 1 point 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.
