The Executive Board of Apator S.A. announces that on 24th July 2014 the Company received the Resolution of District Court - VII Commercial Division of National Court Register in Toruń dated 14th July 2014 and based on it the registration of amendments was made to the Statutes of Apator SA.

The amendments were made based on the Resolutions no. 21/VI/2014 and 22/VI/2014 of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator S.A. dated 16th June 2014.

The list of amendments to the Statutes of Apator SA and uniform text were announced to the public in Current Report no. 28/2014 on 17th June 2014.

Legal basis: § 38 para 1 point 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information  required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
