The Management Board of Apator SA announces that on 12th September 2016 it received the decision of District Court, VII Economy Department of KRS in Toruń dated 31st August 2016 (file number TO.VII NS-REJ.KRS/007390/16/708) and based on it the amendments to the content of the Statutes of Apator SA were registered.

Under the power of the above mentioned decision, the court registered the amendments to the content of the Statutes of Apator SA based on the Resolution no. 19/VI/2016 of Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA dated 13th June 2016. The list of amendments was announced in current report no. 20/2016 dated 14th June 2016.

Legal basis:

§ 38 para 1 point 2b in relation to § 100 para 4 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
