The Managing Board of Apator SA informs that on 20th  June 2018 the Decision of the District Court in Toruń, Division VII of the National Court Register of 8th June 2018 (file reference number: TO.VII NS-REJ.KRS/005628/18/836), relating to the registration of the changes in the Statutes of Apator SA was delivered to the Company. The changes in the Statutes were implemented pursuant to the Resolution No. 19/V/2018 of the Ordinary General Assembly of Apator SA of 28th May 2018.

In the attachment, the Issuer submits the unified text of the Statutes, adopted by the Resolution No. 20/V/2018 of the Ordinary General Assembly of Shareholders of Apator SA  of  28th May 2018 and the list of carried out changes.

§ 5 point 1) of the Regulation on Minister of Finance of 29th  March 2018 on Current and Periodical Information Submitted by the Issuers of Securities and the Conditions  to Recognize as Equal the Information Required by the Legislations of Non-Member States (Journal of Laws, item 757).
