In reference to the current report no. 14/2018, the Executive Board of Apator S.A. ("Issuer") informs that on April 1, 2019, the District Court in Łódź, XX Division of the National Court Register (Sąd Rejonowy w Łodzi, XX Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego), registered the merger of the following subsidiaries of the Issuer i.e. Apator Elkomtech SA with its registered office in Łódź with the company Apator Control Sp. z o. o. with office in Toruń.

The merger took place pursuant to art. 492 § 1 point 1 of the Commercial Companies Code through transfer of all assets of Apator Control sp. z o.o. to Apator Elkomtech SA in exchange for shares in the increased share capital of Apator Elkomtech SA issued to the sole shareholder of Apator Control sp. z o.o., i.e. Issuer.

As of the date of entry of the merger in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Register Court Apator Elkomtech SA joined all rights and obligations of Apator Control Sp. z o. o.
