The Management Board of Apator SA announces that Mr Tomasz Habryka is going to offer his resignation from the position of the Member of Management Board of Apator SA.

The resign is the result of acceptance by Mr Tomasz Habryka the proposal to take the position of the Chairman of Management Board of Apator Elkomtech with headquarters in Łódź (100% subsidiary of Apator SA).

Mr Tomasz Habryka is going to hand in his resignation after his duties are assigned in Apator SA, what will take place before the day of Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA is held.

Legal basis: § 5 para 1 point 21 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
