With reference to current report No 8/2021 dated 5th February 2021, the Executive Board of Apator SA announces that District Court in Toruń 6th Economic Department today dismissed in full the suit of Pysense sp. z o.o. against Apator SA regarding the payment of the amount of PLN 21.5 million and awarded the return of costs of the process in favour of the Issuer.

Judgment of District Court is not final and Pysense sp. z o.o. is entitled to appeal.
