The Management Board of Apator SA announces that on 2nd December 2015 company received notification from the Member of Supervisory Board of Apator SA regarding the sale of total 2.027 bearer shares of Apator SA, including:

- 27 shares at PLN 33,15 per share,
- 2.000 shares at PLN 33,00 per share.

Transaction was made on 30th November 2015.

The Company received the notification from the Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA that he had not agreed to make public its personal data. It was based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding the transfer of information and making it available on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making the list of persons having got the access to determined confidential information date 15th November 2005.
