The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on the 19th January 2012 the member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA sold 20.000 bearer shares of Apator SA. The sale price was 21,00 PLN per share. The member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA, the company received the notification based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance regarding the transfer and availability of information on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of preparation and keeping the list of persons having the access to appropriate confidential information dated the 15th November 2005 (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland No. 229, item 1950) did not agree to make public its personal data.
