The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 4th February 2013 the member of Supervisory Board sold 15.000 bearer shares of Apator SA. Selling price was 32,50 PLN per share. Transaction was carried out on regulated market (Warsaw Stock Exchange) in form of package.

The Company received notification from the Member of the Supervisory Board who did not agree to make public its personal data. It was based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding the transfer of information and making it available on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making the list of persons having got the access to determined confidential information dated the 15th November 2005.
