The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on the 13th December 2012 the Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA sold 20.000 bearer shares of Apator SA. The sales price was 32,50 PLN per share. Transaction was made on regulated market (WSE) in the form of package. The Company received notification from the Member of the Supervisory Board who did not agree to make public its personal data. It was based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding the transfer of information and making it available on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making the list of persons having got the access to determined confidential information dated the 15th November 2005. Art.160 para 4 of the Act on turnover – information on transactions of persons having got the access to confidential information.
