The Executive Board announces that the offer of Apator SA was selected as the most advantageous in part 1 of the tender for the delivery of electricity meters with PLC communication together with modems of substitute communication announced by Energa Operator SA. The conditions of the tender provided that one contractor could be awarded the contract for one part only. 

 The value of the tender is PLN 67 million, and the deliveries will be made within 24 months of the contract conclusion date. 

 The Issuer will inform about the conclusion of the agreement in a separate current report.  

 At the same time, the Executive Board informs that as a result of the takeover by the Orlen Group, Energa Operator SA ceased to be an Ordering Party within the meaning of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, which means, among others, that the participants of the tender are not entitled to lodge an appeal against this choice provided for in the above mentioned Act.
