The Executive Board of Apator S.A. announces that on 10th January 2020 it received the information on selection of the offer of subsidiary Apator Metrix S.A. as the most advantageous in three tasks being the part of tender for the supply of bellows gas meters for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o.

The value of the offer is PLN 26.2 million and the performance of deliveries will be made within 24 months since the date of the contract conclusion.

The tender conditions provide for the right of option consisting in the possibility of increasing or decreasing the contract by maximum 20%.

Participants of the tender procedure have the right to appeal against the tender results. The conclusion of the contract is expected after the completion of possible appeal proceedings.
