In accordance to the current report no. 4/2020 The Executive Board of Apator S.A. announces that on 24th January 2020 it received the information on selection of the offer of subsidiary Apator Metrix S.A. as the most advantageous in three futher tasks being the part of tender for the supply of bellows gas meters for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o.

The value of the offer is PLN 49.0 million and the performance of deliveries will be made within 24 months since the date of the contract conclusion.

Therefore, the value of the offer for all tasks won by Apator Metrix SA in this tender is PLN 75,2 million.

The tender conditions provide for the right of option consisting in the possibility of increasing or decreasing the contract by maximum 20%.

Participants of the tender procedure have the right to appeal against the tender results. The conclusion of the contract is expected after the completion of possible appeal proceedings.
