The Management Board of Apator SA announces that on 17th December 2015 Apator SA received notification about the winning unlimited tender invited by PGE Dystrybucja SA Oddział Łódź-Miasto for the supplies of static single phase and three phase electricity meters.

Net value of the project is PLN 31,7 m, the performance of the supplies is expected till December 2016. Conditions of the tender give the right of option of possible increase of the net amount of order by PLN 39,8 m for the performance of supplies in 2017. Further to the above the total maximum amount of the value of the project is PLN 71,5 m.

The participants of the tender have the right to appeal the results of the tender within 10 days since  the most advantageous offer has been won. The conclusion of the contract is expected after the possible appeal proceeding are terminated.
