The Management Board of Apator SA announces that the Company's offer was selected as the most favourable in the tender for the supply of remote reading 1-phase and 3-phase meters for end customers connected to the low voltage network in the scope of part no. 2.

The value of the offer, under the basic agreement, is approximately PLN 113.5 million. In addition, the tender conditions provide for an option right consisting in the possibility of increasing the order by approximately PLN 46.3 million. Accordingly, the total value of the offer may amount to approximately PLN 160 million.

Deliveries will be made within 21 months from the date of the conclusion of the agreement. Tenderers have the right to appeal against the outcome of the tender. The conclusion of the agreement is foreseen after the conclusion of any appeal proceedings.

The Issuer will announce the conclusion of the agreement in a separate current report.
