The Management Board of Apator S.A. announces that on 28.06.2017 it received the information on the offer of Apator SA selected as most favourable one in the  tender invited by Tauron Dystrybucja SA for the supplies of static single phase and three phase electricity meters. The value of the offer is PLN 18.1 m and the performance of the supplies will be in 2018.

The conditions of the tender stipulate the right of the option that makes possible to increase the value of the order by the net amount of PLN 5.4 m with the performance of the supplies in 2019. Further to the above the potential value of the contract is PLN 23.5 m.

The participants of the tender have the right to appeal the result of the tender. The conclusion of the contract is expected after the completion of possible appeal proceeding.

At the same time with reference to the current report no.16/2017 dated 23rd May 2017 the Management Board of Apator S.A. announces that the appeal proceeding was completed concerning the previous tender invited by Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. where the selection of the offer of Apator S.A. as the most favourable one was upheld. The Management Board will announce about the conclusion of the contract in separate current report.
