The Management Board of Apator S.A. hereby announces that today i.e.  23.05.2017 it received the information on selection of the offer of Apator SA as the most favourable one in the tender for the supply of static single phase and three phase electricity meters invited by Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. The value of the offer is PLN 19,1 m and the performance of supplies will be in 2018.

The conditions of the tender stipulate the right to option that gives the possibility to increase the value of the order to maximum by net amount of PLN 5,7 m with the performance of the supplies in 2018. Further to the above potential maximum value of the contract is PLN 24,8 m.

The participants of the tender have the right to appeal the results of the tender within 10 days since the selection of the most favourable offer had been made. The conclusion of the contract is expected after possible appeal proceeding is completed.
