The Executive Board of Apator S.A. announces that on May 5, 2025 it received information on selection of the offer of the subsidiary Apator Metrix S.A. as the most favorable one, in eight tasks, being part of the tender for the supply of smart gas meters with data transmission function for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. (“PSG”) - eGas meter project.

The value of the tender is PLN 134.4 million, and the deliveries will be made by September 30, 2026. The terms of the tender provide for the right of option consisting in the possibility of increasing or decreasing the order by up to 20%.
Due to the fact that the proceedings were conducted under the non-public procurement procedure, PSG stipulated that no protests or appeals could be filed. With the above in mind, contracts for individual tasks will be concluded within 30 days of receiving information on the tender award in question.

The eGas Meter project, launched at PSG, involves the replacement of gas meters at Customers classified in tariff group 3 with smart metering devices equipped with a remote data transmission function, which enables remote reading and allows ongoing monitoring of gas fuel consumption through a dedicated application.
