The Executive Board announces that the offer of Apator SA was selected as the most favourable one in the part 1 of the tender for the supply of electricity meters with PLC PRIME communication together with modems for substitution communication, announced by Energa Operator SA. Conditions of the tender provided that one contractor could be awarded only for one part of the tender.

The value of the offer is PLN 57 million and the deliveries will be carried out within 24 months from the date of signing the agreement.

Participants of the tender procedure have the right to appeal against the tender results, in accordance with the regulations of Energa Operator SA. The conclusion of the agreement is foreseen after consideration of any appeals.
