The Management Board of Apator SA ("Issuer") informs that on 22nd November 2018 it received the information about the results of the tender for the supply of 3-phase electricity meters for the German market announced by the purchase group composed of RheinEnergie Koln AG, Westfalen Weser Netz GmbH, EWE Netz GmbH, Wesernetz Bremen, in which the subsidiary of the Issuer - Apator GmbH based in Germany took part.

The value of contracts awarded to Apator GmbH is approx. 2,2 million EUR (i.e. approx. PLN 9,5 million according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland of 21 November 2018). Deliveries will be made in 2019.

The terms of the tender provide for the right of option in the years 2020-2021 with a total value of EUR 7.4 million (approx. PLN 31.8 million).

Therefore, the potential maximum value of the contract is EUR 9.6 million (approx. PLN 41.3 million).

The Issuer notes, however, that according to the terms of the tender, the Awarding Entity does not guarantee contracts at the level of the allocated volume.

Participants in the tender procedure shall have the right to lodge an appeal against the results of the tender within 10 days. Conclusion of the contract is foreseen after the end of possible appeal proceedings, about which the Executive Board of Apator SA will inform with a separate current report.
