Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on the 23rd November 2012 the member of Supervisory Board of Apator SA acquired 1000 bearer shares of Apator SA at the price 30,39 PLN per share. The Company received the notification from the member of Supervisory Board who did not agree to make public its personal data. It was based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding the transfer of information and making it available on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making the list of persons having got the access to determined confidential information dated the 15th November 2005.
