The Management Board of Apator SA informs Company Apator SA has received the submission of candidacy Ms Grażyna Sudzińska-Amroziewicz for the Member of the Supervisory Board. The application was submitted by the shareholder of the Company - Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with the seat in Warsaw, represented by PTE Allianz Polsa SA with the seat in Warsaw at 4B Inflancka Street, 00-189 Warsaw, entered into register of entrepreneurs kept by District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000055443.

The candidacy was submitted for consideration under the point 14 of the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company called on 25 June 2025, concerning the appointment of Member of the Supervisory Board for a new term. The application was accompanied by a CV and a statement of the candidate.
