The Executive Board of Apator SA ("Company") informs that on 10th June 2020 The Company received the nomination of Mr Marcin Murawski for the Member of Supervisory Board. The nomination was made by the shareholder of the Company - Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva Santander SA.

The candidacy was submitted for consideration under item 12 of the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 2 July 2020, concerning the election of Members of the Supervisory Board for a new joint term.

A curriculum vitae and the candidate's statement were attached to the application.

The Executive Board indicates that Mr Marcin Murawski is currently performing his functions in Apator SA being independent Member of Supervisory Board and Chairman of Audit Committee.
