The Executive Board of Apator SA ("Company") informs that on 1st July 2020 The Company received the application of the following six candidates for the Members of Supervisory Board of Apator SA:

1) Janusz Niedźwiecki

2) Mariusz Lewicki

3) Janusz Marzygliński

4) Danuta Guzowska

5) Kazimierz Piotrowski

6) Tadeusz Sosgórnik

The notification was made by the Company's shareholder - a natural person who did not agree to the publication of his personal data.

The candidacies were submitted for consideration under item 12 of the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 2 July 2020, concerning the election of Members of the Supervisory Board for a new common term of office.

The application was accompanied by the candidates' CVs as well as their consent and statements. The above documents are attachments to this report.
